Anglo Far East Bullion Bankers
Anglo Far East is a bullion banker. There is no minimum to buy bullion from them. I like them because they are NOT in the USA. When you buy or sell gold in the USA it is reported. (But when you transfer gold to other gold accounts, it is not reported.)
Anglo has several very interesting programs. For the little guys with as little as $50 per month minimum, you can start a Silver Savers Account. What happens is every month your payment choice is debited and the money buys Silver. When you have bought enough Silver, you are allocated a bar of Silver. This means there is a Silver bar in a vault in Switzerland 'with your name on it'.
Anglo also has 2 funds, one in Energy & Commodities and another in Silver Stocks. Both are performing very well, thank you. The minimum to get in either of those funds is $5000.
